CottoNIR™ High Waist Straight-Leg Yoga Pants for Women

I purchased the same pants in a boot cut/flare in a small/30” length and they fit great. I then ordered this straight leg version of the pants in the same size and they fit totally different. Much tighter in the waist, hips and butt. The website says they are the same material but even the material feels heavier/different. I kept them as I can wear them with a tunic top but am ordering a medium/30” length to see if the fit is better. I do love these pants but wish the sizing was more accurate and consistent.

I absolutely love these pants. I have 5 pairs. I’m short and the fit of these was perfect. Love that there are so many size options. I wear these like daily and the fabric is great and washes really well. I’ve had mine for over a year and they still look nice. Love that there is so much cotton in them. I hate yoga pants that make me feel hot just wearing them. These are just so comfortable. NEVER stop making them.

These are great pants. The material is soft but not thin. I have 5 pairs in all the colors because they look great and feel so comfortable!

I had been searching for a good pair of Yoga pants to no avail for years. I'm 5' 9" / 245 lbs and carry most of my weight in my hips and thighs. I wanted a pant that fit snuggly down the leg (doesn't ride up when doing mat workouts) without binding in the waist (allowing for freedom of movement without constant adjusting or cutting off breathing). I also wanted the length to cover my shoes but not be dragging on the floor when barefoot. My first order of these were a 2X / 34" inseam (black) - they were a bit too snug in the waist at first, but did stretch and loosen a bit over time. Unfortunately, the length was about 2" too long and drag on the floor even with shoes on. I bought a second pair - 3X / 32" inseam (heather grey) - and it was a perfect fit! In fact, I loved the fit and feel so much that I bought a third pair in the same size (charcoal) and I'm even thinking about buying a 4th. Regardless, I love the fabric as it hugs the curves perfectly, doesn't ride up, and even smooths out bumpy cellulite (an unexpected perk). I won't lie, the waist band may not be comfortable for everyone. I like it because it's snug without binding, stays in place (I don't have to constantly adjust after large movements), and it pulls up to my belly button. Like I said, this may not be ideal for everyone.

I washed the first 2 pairs in a machine (warm setting) and allowed them to line-dry. I had no issues with fraying, ripping, or elastic breakdown. While I'm sure you could machine dry on a low setting, I chose to line-dry only because past experience has shown a quicker elastic breakdown the more you machine dry (you know what I mean; when you hold up an old pair of yoga pants and you can see broken elastic poking out through the fabric? Line-drying prevents this progression).

Also, I have not experienced any see/show-through in the three pairs I bought (black, heather grey, and charcoal). I look every time I pass a mirror, asked the hubby and kid, and no one can detect what color underwear is underneath.

Last but not least, I absolutely love that you can chose the inseam. At 5' 9", I have spent a lifetime in pants that are either high-water short or so long the leg bottoms are frayed by the end of the first wear from dragging on the floor. It's nice to have a choice.

In conclusion, these are perfect yoga pants, even for us thicker girls. I highly recommend :)
