Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing and using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use this site.

Our Items

We are the manufacturer of Nirlon products, and each item is made with care and dedication. Our Quality Control team ensures high product standards, but in rare cases you may receive a defective item. If this occurs, please contact us by email and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We use professional photography and models to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly from images due to lighting and screen display differences.

Our site is updated daily to reflect current stock. In the event that an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

Payments

We accept the following forms of payment:

All orders are processed within 48 hours of cleared payment.

Reviews

We welcome customer reviews on purchased items. Please:

Dispute Resolution

NIRLON (1998) Ltd. is an Israeli company. All disputes will be governed by the laws of Israel and resolved exclusively in the courts of Israel.

Our liability is limited to $100 in total, regardless of the nature of the claim.

Washing Instructions

Please follow the care instructions provided on the garment label to preserve product quality.

How to Measure

Women:

  • Chest: Above the bust line (upper chest).

  • Waist: At the narrowest part of the waistline.

  • Hips: At the widest part of the hips.

Men:

  • Chest: At the widest part.

  • Waist: At the narrowest part.

  • Hips: At the widest part.

All content and property on this site are owned by NIRLON (1998) Ltd. and protected under Israeli and U.S. law.

Handling Time

  • Working days: Sunday to Thursday (excluding holidays).

  • Working hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PST.

  • Friday hours: Thursday 10:00 PM – Friday 2:30 AM PST.

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 AM PST are handled the same business day; orders placed after 2:00 AM PST are processed the next business day.

Payment Instructions

PayPal:

  • If you have a PayPal account, click “Proceed to PayPal” at checkout.

  • If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay with a credit card via PayPal’s secure checkout without creating an account.

Credit Card:

  • Select “Proceed to PayPal,” then choose “Pay with Credit Card.”

  • Fill in your card details and confirm payment.

There are no additional fees when paying through PayPal or with a credit card via PayPal.
