Return Policy
At Nirlon, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you can return eligible items under the following conditions.
What can you return?
You may return most items purchased from Nirlon, except underwear, provided that:

The return is initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

The item is returned in its original packaging with hangtags and barcode stickers attached.
Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable.
How to initiate a return

Contact us by email at yizhak@nirlon.us with your order number and reason for return.

We will respond with a return authorization form.

Once your return is approved, you will receive the return shipping address and instructions.

Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method (we recommend USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Email us the tracking number once your package has been sent.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds cover the item cost only; shipping charges are deducted.

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Defective or incorrect items
This rarely happens, but if you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Email us a photo of the issue along with your order number.

If we confirm it is our mistake, you may choose:

A full refund, including shipping costs, OR
-
A replacement item, shipped at our expense.

All returns must be shipped back within 30 days.

Items not meeting the above conditions may be refused.
