NirJEANS™ Crossover High Waist Short Jeggings with Pockets

These seem like a cross between yoga shorts and jean shorts. They definitely are stretchy. The waist is a high elastic waistband that crosses over giving it a V-shape in the front center. I wouldn’t wear this with a crop top as the approximately 4” waistband don’t look good in my opinion as it takes away from the jeans-shorts look. A long shirt or a loose front tuck t-shirt cover the waistband. On the plus side the waistband does help hold the tummy in. The shorts themselves have a nice denim-like look. The topstitching detail adds to the denim look. These shorts feel like a thick yoga shorts because they are so stretchy. I like the rolled bottom, which is sewn in place. The construction is OK. I found several loose threads and some minor uneven sewing lines but nothing that shows when being worn. My daughter told me that when she was on the high school swim team shorts just like this were the official boys swim trunks for the team. For reference to the photos, I’m 5’4” and 135 lbs. wearing a size 8. My favorite part bout these shorts is the back pockets. My iPhone 13 mini fits in the pockets nicely.

I absolutely love these shorts! They fit like a glove. I usually wear a size 8 but I got in 10 in these shorts and they fit very well but I do notice that the black doesn't fit as well as the blue. I ordered them in two colors and the fit is different on both of them. I am 5'3" 150.

I have stretchy pants from Nirlon and was happy to get some shorts too. These are very cute and they fit well. The material is thin and stretchy and comfortable. The blue color is kind of unusual and I still haven’t decided if I like it or not.

The waistline is cute, and I find it to be a flattering look. I like where the length of these falls on my thighs, but with bigger legs, it is a bit tight in that area. I would recommend sizing up if you are in between sizes, or also have big legs. I think these are a pretty good value for a high-quality pair of shorts.

I love these SO much! These are no joke the most comfortable jegging jean shorts I've worn yet! The fabric feels somewhere in-between jean and cotton, a true jegging feel to it but it's thin so you don't get hot. (Not "cheap" thin though!)

The cuffs on these shorts are PERFECT! As a gal with thunder thighs and big hips, any cuffs on shorts are always rolling up on me, that and the top waist band will roll or get a "curl" to it. Not with these, on either end! The cuff of the shorts is actually sewn down! And the stitching quality/pattern is actually very nice and well thought out! I absolutely love the waist band "V" shape which is flattering to an average mom tummy like mine. I wouldn't mind wearing a crop top with this at all.

The stretchiness is supreme and I never feel like these are digging into my stomach. I have undiagnosed IBS-like issues at times, and if my bottoms are too tight, it makes me feel nauseous. This is something I can wear all summer and feel absolutely great. And excuse my panty lines but these do look juicy when wearing the right underwear if that's the look you want. Normally I'm around the house and could care less but these are versatile and I've worn them while cleaning with a baggy shirt and out on a Friday night with sandal heels and an off-shoulder blouse with plenty of accessories and it's chef's kiss. I call that a winner. Now I just need to get one in every color 😅 and I don't normally do that! Definitely get these if you like to be comfortable but don't want to wear typical mom shorts!

Love these jean shorts. I work from home and have gotten used to only wearing yoga pants for years now. I have started getting jeggings and jegging shorts since they're comfy, but look a bit more civilized lol. These are very comfortable and once you add a shirt, you can't tell there's an elastic band. I highly recommend. I'm betting the fabric is going to be a lot more breathable for the warmer months too.
