1. Sponsor

2. Offer Period

3. Eligibility

The Offer is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation. The Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Employees of the Sponsor and members of their immediate households may be excluded at the Sponsor's discretion.

4. How to Claim

To claim your gift:

• Click the link in the Nirlon advertisement or email you received.
• Complete the short form on the landing page, including providing a valid email address and confirming your consent to receive promotional emails from Nirlon.
• Select your free gift item(s), up to the maximum number permitted by your offer tier (between one and five items).
• Proceed to checkout and complete the order. The selected gift item(s) are provided at no product cost; you pay only the applicable shipping and handling fee described in Section 5.

No purchase of any other merchandise is necessary to claim your gift.

5. Shipping & Handling Fees

The gift item(s) are provided free of charge. You are responsible only for a flat shipping and handling (“S&H”) fee, which is determined by the number of gift items you claim:

The S&H fee is shown as a separate line item at checkout and is non-refundable except as required by law. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Gift Description & Value

Gifts consist of apparel and related items selected from Nirlon's current inventory. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each item varies and is typically between $15 and $40. Available styles, sizes, and colors are limited to current gift inventory and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary.

7. Claim Limit

Limit one (1) claim per person, household, and email address. Duplicate, fraudulent, or automated claims are void. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or refuse any claim it believes, in its sole discretion, violates this limit or these Terms.

8. Substitution Rights

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any gift item with another item of equal or greater value at its sole discretion, including in the event a selected item becomes unavailable.

9. No Cash Alternative · All Sales Final

Gifts are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative, credit, or substitution is available, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion as described in Section 8.

All gift selections are final. Owing to the complimentary, while-supplies-last nature of this Offer, every item is furnished on a strictly final-sale basis and is not eligible for return, exchange, refund, replacement, or store credit under any circumstances whatsoever — including, without limitation, reasons of fit, size, colour, suitability, or change of mind. By claiming a Gift, the Recipient acknowledges and accepts that the transaction is conclusive and irrevocable upon checkout, and irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any right of return, exchange, or cancellation.

10. Modification or Cancellation

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Offer, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including without limitation if the Offer is not capable of running as planned, or due to inventory limitations, technical failures, or suspected fraud or abuse. The Sponsor may update these Terms at any time; the version in effect at the time of your claim governs.

11. Privacy

Information you provide in connection with this Offer is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy ([PRIVACY_POLICY_URL]). By participating, you acknowledge that your information may be used to fulfill your gift, to send the promotional emails you consented to receive, and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Email Communications & Unsubscribe

By claiming a gift, you consent to receive promotional emails from Nirlon about offers, new arrivals, and exclusive deals. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email we send, or by visiting your email preferences ([UNSUBSCRIBE_URL]). You may also contact us at [SPONSOR_CONTACT_EMAIL] to be removed from our mailing list. Unsubscribing will not affect a gift you have already claimed.
