About Nirlon App

Nirlon App is a first-party application operated by Nirlon, a women's activewear brand. Nirlon App connects to TikTok via TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API to publish product photos, videos, and other marketing content to our official TikTok account. Nirlon App is used exclusively by our brand to manage and publish our own content. It is not a consumer-facing application.

Terms of Service

By using Nirlon App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of TikTok Integration

Nirlon App uses the following TikTok features:

  • Login Kit — to authenticate the TikTok account owner
  • Content Posting API — to publish product content (images and videos) directly to our TikTok profile or as drafts for review
  • User Info — to read basic profile information (display name, avatar) of the authenticated account
  • Video List — to view published videos on the authenticated account

Intellectual Property

All content published through Nirlon App, including product images and videos, is owned by Nirlon. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Nirlon App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of Nirlon App or any interruption in TikTok services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Nirlon App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When authenticating with TikTok through Nirlon App, we access:

  • Basic profile information — display name, avatar, and open ID of the authenticated TikTok account
  • Profile details — bio description, verified status, and profile links
  • Account statistics — follower count, following count, likes count, and video count
  • Video list — publicly available videos on the authenticated account

This information is accessed solely for the authenticated brand account owner. Nirlon App does not collect personal data from end users or TikTok viewers.

How We Use Information

Information accessed through TikTok is used exclusively to:

  • Authenticate the account owner for content publishing
  • Publish product photos and videos to our TikTok profile
  • Monitor our account performance and published content

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data collected through Nirlon App with third parties. Data is used solely for operating our TikTok content publishing workflow.

Data Retention

Authentication tokens are stored securely and retained only as long as needed for Nirlon App to function. Account information is not stored beyond what is necessary for the active session.

Data Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect information accessed through Nirlon App, including secure token storage and encrypted connections.

Your Rights

As the authenticated account owner, you may revoke Nirlon App's access to your TikTok account at any time through TikTok's settings.
