Terms of Service

  1. Lead Time: Up to 14 business days from final graphic approval.
  2. The customer must provide high-quality artwork suitable for printing.
  3. Upon receipt of the order, Nirlon will begin processing and preparing the artwork in-house.
  4. A proof of the artwork will be sent to the customer for approval prior to production.
  5. Sizing: Nirlon recommends visiting our facility to review garment sizing in person. If this is not possible, purchasing samples before placing the full order is strongly recommended to ensure proper fit.
  6. If the customer chooses to place an order without measurements or samples, full responsibility for sizing rests with the customer.
  7. Once the artwork is approved, the printing process begins. At this stage, the order cannot be stopped, modified, or corrected.
  8. Exchanges or returns are not accepted after delivery, except in cases of manufacturing defects (e.g. holes in the garment, faulty zippers, or open seams). In such cases, Nirlon will take full responsibility.
  9. Nirlon will provide a mockup showing the appearance and placement of the print on the garment.
  10. After mockup approval, print placement cannot be changed.
  11. The customer acknowledges that slight color variations may occur between the printed product and colors displayed on a computer screen.
  12. Products are packed in cartons in quantities of five or ten units.
  13. Individual polybag packaging is available at an additional cost of 2 ILS per unit.
  14. If any shortages are identified in the order, a Nirlon representative will contact the customer to arrange a color/size replacement or a refund, at the customer's discretion.
  15. Customers requesting special or non-standard print placements must contact Nirlon in advance.
  16. Notes field: Any special requests or instructions should be clearly specified in the notes section at the time of ordering.
  17. Shipping will be handled via a third-party courier service.
